Creating an Email Accounts / Forwarders / Aliases

If you use our email services you can create a new mailbox, alias or forwarding account by following the below steps:

Creating a new mailbox:

  1. Login with your client username/password combination here:  If you do not have your username and password please contact support.
  2. Click on “Manage Website” next to the website / domain name you wish to create the email account for.
  3. Click on the “Email Accounts” icon.
  4. Click on the green tab titled “Create Mailbox”.
  5. Enter the email address prefix in the first box (for example “sales”).
  6. Enter the password in the lower field.
  7. Click “Create New Mailbox”.

Creating an “alias”:

  1. Follow steps 1 -3 above.
  2. Click on the green tab “Create Email Alias”.
  3. Input the prefix for the alias.
  4. Select the existing mailbox that this will be an alias for.

Creating a forwarding account:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above.
  2. Click on the green “Create Forwarder” tab.
  3. Input the prefix for the forwarding account.
  4. Input the email address that this account should forward to.
